Scoops, Love & Peace

I thought I would launch the blog by dedicating a little post to Scoops and the magic of the infamous "Scoops Run". On my first day Tia invited me on my first Scoops Run, and I thought to myself "Is she talking about that little ice cream shop I used to pass by as a student?" In fact, she was. And I can honestly say students will never know the magic of Scoops, not the way we employees do. Since that first day, the mere idea of Scoops has transformed my life.

During my grueling 5 hour work day, my mind pleads "I need Scoops!" How is that possible? Scoops is not a thing to be had. It's more of an experience, an idea if you will. I want Scoops the way Ghandi wants peace. The Scoops Run gets me through my looooong, exhausting day.

See that? I captured a real-live moment of these girls feeling the Scoops Run experience. You cannot run from it, as though you would ever want to.

Scoops is the Graduation Girls' best kept secret. And a ginormous part of that Ghandi-loving-peace-ideal is because I have some amazing partners in crime to enjoy it with.
